RHODE ISLAND

What gorgeous weather we had while in Rhode Island -- no humidity and plenty of sunshine!  It was a bit windy, but that is to be expected when visiting the coast. 

We found an RV Resort that was rated high, and we were extremely pleased with the facilities and with the proximity to the coast.  We spent half a day at Watch Hill ... visiting the beach so the boys could touch the Atlantic Ocean again, visiting the Watch Hill Lighthouse, and then eating some local seafood.

We also learned from a shop owner that Taylor Swift has a summer home in this town.  [Yes, I've heard of her, but that is the extent of my knowledge of this singer.  ;-) ]

Lunch at  Two Little Fish seafood restaurant - award-winning restaurant for 9 years!

We spent the rest of the day enjoying the upper 60s temperature by playing tennis and basketball at the RV Resort before settling down to prepare for the next leg of our journey. Praying that the northern states that we are planning to visit will have as perfect weather as Rhode Island had while we were there!
