NEBRASKA

Approximately halfway home, we entered Nebraska ... a state none of us have entered.   We noticed another historic point that would be interesting to visit along this popular area of trails at the Foothils of the Rockies:  Scottsbluff National Monument.

Camera wasn't ready, but I spotted a financial institution called Cornhusker Bank as we rolled across from the western side to the eastern side of this state.  :)

The best part of Nebraska is that it was the last one we needed to claim that College Girl and I have officially been in every U.S. State, that the boys have been to all contiguous 48 states, and that Mechanic Man now has one left to visit.

Along the side of the road near the open fields we celebrated that ..........

 The 4 of us have visited all lower-48 states together 
by car, motorhome, and/or RV!!

WE have been to all 50 states of our great country!

PLUS -- the two of us have been to them all TOGETHER!  :)

 Nebraska was very windy on this celebratory day of July 2016.

We camped in North Platte, NE, which is slightly north 

of the geographic center of the United States.  

If we didn't have one more state to visit on our mission before heading home, 

we might have visited that town.
